We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be in resalable condition and free from damage.

Note: Personalized, customized, or final sale items are non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

A refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay for domestic, PayPal for international).
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
