  • During high-order periods (festive seasons, sale days, adverse weather, courier delays), delivery may take slightly longer. We will try to keep you informed in such cases.

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (working days only).

  • Orders received on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • If an item is under quality check or customization/packaging for safe transit, dispatch may be delayed by 1 day.

  • Address changes after order placement are subject to feasibility. If the order is already dispatched, changes may not be possible.
